How to delete your account

01. Visit Abeti To delete your account, please start by logging into your account. If you cannot log into the account that you want to delete, you can also recover your password to get started. Home right arrow
02. Login Login with the account that you want to delete. This is usually a pair of email and password. You can recover the password to the account that you want to delete here as well. Browse audiobooks right arrow
03. Visit your profile The profile section is accessible from the menu bar after logging in. Click on your name to view your profile.

04. Delete your account Click the Delete Account button to delete your account. Leave us a feedback to know where we can improve in the future. Review the FAQ section to know everything that happens after you delete your account and the information that we retain. Delete Account right arrow
Frequently asked questions about Account Deletion
What happens after I delete my account?
We will send an email to your address to verify that you are the one requesting the deletion. This email will include a link to cancel the deletion in case you change your mind. If you do nothing, your account will be permanently deleted after 7 days.
What happens to my library?
All titles purchased on Abeti will be deleted with your account. This is because we will no longer have a way to associate your library with you.
Can I recover my account if I accidentally delete it?
You will have a 7-day window to recover your account. After the 7-day window, your account will be permanently deleted.
Which information do you keep about me?
After an account is successfully deleted, the only information that we keep will include the purchase history and any other information required to be kept by law. This will exclude all personally identifiable information except your account username or email and names associated with purchases.
